If you want to see Outlooks spell-checker every time you click Send, a simple tweak is all it takes.

You can do likewise, without having to remember to click the Spelling button every time, by tweaking Outlooks checker.

Heres how: 1. Click Tools, Options.

Click the Spelling tab.

Tick the box marked Always check spelling before sending.

Click OK. Thats it Now, when you click Send, Outlooks spell-checker will immediately appear, giving you a chance to fix those Hey, Rick, you are so stoopid kinds of mistakes.
